Mission Statement

The Club Culinaire of Southern California seeks to provide a platform for the exchange of information and ideas within the food service industry with a focus on French cuisine. The Club strives to bring together chefs, restaurateurs and purveyors of fine food and beverages to offer its members and the public exceptional culinary experiences and networking opportunities. The Club Culinaire also offers educational opportunities relating to the food and beverage industry for all ages, as well as raising funds in order to support regional outstanding charities.
